Is there a free version of Julius?
Yes, Julius Free is designed for those looking to do exploratory analysis or a one-off project. If you have more complex analysis or a team needing to work together on analysis, we recommend our other plans.
How can I pay for a Julius subscription?
Simply select the plan you want to subscribe to, and you will be navigated to a checkout page with our payment provider Stripe. There are many different ways to pay including debit & credit cards, bank wire / transfer, direct deposit, Apple Pay / Google Pay, and Cash App Pay!
What payment options are available?
We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands through our secure Stripe checkout.
How can we manage our Julius subscription?
Once subscribed you can make adjustments to your subscription, updating your billing information, and more from your Subscription page. To learn more, check out our docs on Managing your Subscription.
What’s Julius Teams? Is that a plan?
Julius Teams is part of our Pro plan and a shared workspace where you can invite others to analyze data together. With Teams, you can share Files, Notebooks, Threads, and manage users access and billing in one place. If you have a team and need to collaborate together, we recommend giving Teams a try!
How does Julius handle security and compliance?

Do you have a discount for students and educators?
We love supporting students and educators! When you sign up with your .edu email address, you will receive an email to get an academic discount. Don’t have an .edu email address? Simply message us at team@julius.ai for verification of your academic status!
Can you give me a quote to give to my purchasing department?

I have a purchase order, how can I get an invoice?
We have built an invoicing tool for you to create an invoice for your purchasing department. Simply enter your billing information, number of seats you’d like to purchase, and it will create a payable invoice for you to share. Please reach out to team@julius.ai if this invoicing tool doesn’t fulfill your needs.
When does Julius AI reset the rate limit?
Rate limits reset on the 1st of each month for all user tiers:
  • Free tier: 15 messages per month
  • Plus: 250 messages per month
  • Pro: Unlimited messages
